Question 2

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Renters are entitled to a full refund for cancellations made at
least 30 days prior to the rental start date less a $50 cancellation fee. 
Renters are entitled to a 50% refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date, less a $50 cancellation fee. 
The booking is non-refundable less than 14 days
prior to the rental start date.

Is delivery available?

Yes, our delivery fee is a flat $150 within Door County.

What does delivery include?

Our delivery charge includes:
*Delivery and pick up within Door County, Wisconsin
* Freshwater tank fill or complete hookup at site
* Electric hookup at site
*Camper set up- chairs, mat, tablecloth, slides
* Tanks dumped or flushed at site
*Complete tear down and prep for travel- you just remove your personal items

What does the prep/cleaning fee cover?

We expect that you do basic cleaning upon return of our trailer including removing all food and trash, washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping the floor. We deep clean and sanitize our trailers between rentals, including washing all linens and towels, ,and cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, and inside and outside of fridge. We also make all beds with fresh linens including a clean comforter for every rental.

How do I figure out my vehicle's towing capacity?

For the best experience, we suggest including delivery in your rental. We take care of everything (see "What does delivery include?" for a flat fee of $150 throughout Door County. If you are interested in picking up one of the campers and towing it yourself, we can help you figure out if this will work with your vehicle.  Towing capacity and gross vehicle weight can be found on the sticker on the driver's door jamb of your vehicle.

How far in advance should I book?

Our rental calendar fills up quickly, especially during the summer months. We accept bookings up to one year in advance and recommend that you book as early as possible.

Question 8

How does insurance work?

Accepted Answer

We require that you purchase travel trailer insurance through our partner, MBA, at the time of rental. This covers any outside damage while the trailer is in your possession. Your towing vehicle is not covered through this supplemental insurance policy and any damage to your vehicle would be covered by your own policy.

Rental insurance is purchased directly from our carrier through a link that we will send you within 7 days of your rental. Daily insurance is between $12 and $20 per day depending on the camper.

What does the security deposit cover?

The security deposit covers any interior damage to the travel trailer while in your possession. It can also cover any excessive cleaning fees, tank dumping (if not a delivery) and late pickup/return fees.  Please see our rental agreement for a more comprehensive list.

Question 10

Can I bring my pets?

We allow up to two dogs per rental for an additional fee of $10 per dog per day. We gladly welcome dogs but ask that you leave any other pets (cats, birds, snakes, hamsters, etc) at home!

If I am picking up the camper, what are the pickup and drop off times?

Accepted Answer

We are flexible in our pickup and drop off times and will work with you to find a mutually agreed on time for pickup and drop off. Times may depend on availability due to rentals prior to or after your rental time. We allow a 30-minute grace period after the agreed upon time until a late charge is assessed.  Please see the rental agreement for specific fees.

What time will the camper be dropped off and picked up for delivery rentals?

Accepted Answer

Delivery and pick up times are dependent on the campground check in and check out times. These can be found on the campground or state park website. Check in times are usually between 2 and 3 pm. Check out times are between 11am and 1pm.

We will have the camper set up at the check in time, but there is a possibility that we can get in earlier if the site is available. For pick up, we will arrive 30 minutes prior to the posted check out time at your location. We do ask that you text us if you leave earlier, so we can adjust our schedule.
